In the aftermath of its year-long celebration marking the Golden Jubilee or 50 years of existence, Seng Kynthei Jaiaw Langsning has concluded the festivities. Notable figures such as former residents, MLA Paul Lyngdoh of West Shillong Constituency, and MLA Banteidor Lyngdoh of Mawkynrew Constituency graced the event as Chief Guests. Meanwhile, B Costimai Jyrwa, a respected senior female citizen of the locality, was honored as the Guest of Honour. The closing ceremony on December 12, 2023, featured various performances by the women's group, Seng Kynthei of Jaiaw Langsning.
