In response to the opposition leader's inquiry in the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council about the Boundary Committee's failure to publicly disclose the Regional Committee's visits addressing border disputes between Meghalaya and Assam, Deputy CEM Pynshngain N Syiem cited procrastination as the primary cause.
