In a move to alleviate traffic congestion along the bustling Motphran thoroughfare in Shillong, North Shillong MLA Adelbert Nongrum, joined by the Headman of Mawkhar and Mission Compound and the Traffic Superintendent, conducted an impromptu examination of the Mawkhar-Mission Compound and Motphran zones to investigate the root causes of the traffic issues in these specific areas.
