Shillong- 9^thDecember, 2023: The East Zone Inter University table tennis women's tournament 2023 hosted by Royal Global University concluded on Sunday.  The two-day competition was participated by twenty teams of institutions from different parts of the country. Adamas University, West Bengal lifted the champion trophy while University of Calcutta was the first runner-up and LN Mithila University, Bihar, was the second runner-up. The team from Jadavpur University placed fourth.

Dipanwita Basu of Adamas University was adjudged the best player of the tournament. The tournament had enthusiastic participation of students and spectators, which culminated in the closing ceremony followed by the Awards Ceremony.
