Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma on Saturday visited RR Colony in Shillong and handed over ₹5 lakh towards the renovation of the damaged bust of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and the glass covering of the statue of Swami Vivekananda.

During the visit, the Chief Minister met members of the locality’s Development Committee and interacted with them on various issues of concern affecting the area.

The interaction focused on understanding the locality’s needs and exploring measures to address the issues raised by the residents.
